I hold an M.Sc. in psychology from Aarhus University. 

My practical experience comes from working as a design consultant at local and international design agencies - Design-People (2008-2015), and Designit (2015-2020) - and from working as an independent consultant since 2020, doing work for Danish and international clients.

I also work as a guest teacher (at Hyper Island, Aarhus University, and Design School Kolding among others), and teach courses on design thinking, leadership, and design psychology.
